Grape & Terroir: 100% Mencía grown on schist (slate) soils in mountainous vineyards — the terroir gives mineral clarity and freshness.
Colour: Vivid ruby-purple with subtle violet reflections.
Aroma: Bright and fresh — red berries (raspberry, redcurrant), hints of wild herbs and mountain florals, underpinned by a crystalline minerality from the slate soils.
Palate: Medium-bodied and smooth, with polished tannins and lively acidity. The flavour profile echoes red fruit and mineral threads; the slate-driven backbone adds tension and balance. Finish is clean and lingering.
