This cuvée, which only exists in magnum, comes from the oldest Carignan vines of the Domaine, vinified by carbonic maceration, blended with young Mourvèdre and aged in old casks. A fruity and delicate wine, greedy with spicy notes.
Au Hasard et Souvent is a fruit bomb, fresh and pure, to drink immediately with summer grills.
