Red wine
The term red wine is somewhat misleading as there is a huge palette of colors from light ruby to yellow-brown over purple and garnet. The many colors give an indication of the type of wine and its evolution. It is clear that the skin is fermented with the juice to make this type of wine. We divide the red wines into light-bodied red wines, medium-bodied red wines and full-bodied red wines.
