A sparkling straw yellow dress. In the nose we discover finesse and fruity senses. On the palate, yellow fruits, vanilla, fat with a finish full of freshness. A beautiful suppleness in the mouth which will satisfy the greatest number of tasters. This wine is drunk as an aperitif and can be continued with appetizers: fish cooked in papilotte, snails, salads made with a slice of fresh goat cheese.
