Fresh, clayey-limestone loam terroir. Manual harvest. Direct pressing. Vinification and aging for 6 months in inox tanks. The color of this wine is bright golden yellow. It is round and lively on the palate and has notes of honeysuckle, violets, almond blossom and almond nuts. A beautiful wine that can age. Goes perfectly as an aperitif with terrines or dried fruit and pork, poultry, fatty fish (salmon, tuna, etc.), aged and hard cheeses and charcurterie.
