Natural wine

On the nose it starts rather closed then the vegetal notes and undergrowth emerge. In the mouth it envelops with softness, juicy, red fruits with a very light tannin, which then leaves room for more spicy notes. Long finish thanks to an acidity that makes itself felt. Unconventional wine, for those who like vegetal notes, a bit of humidity, with an important acidity. Perfect wine to combine with pasta, beef, lamb and light game dishes such as venison.

Spontaneous fermentation occurs in open wooden vats, where the grapes are left in contact with the skins for 30 days. Maturation and refinement in large cement tanks for 12 months. No clarification or filtration is performed.
