A pleasant orangewine (skin contact) that is slightly acidic and funky. Minerals, crushed apple with an amber-hued color. This orange wine can be served with shellfish, pasta, matured and hard cheeses, lean fish and charcuterie
Garganega is one of Italy’s greatest white varieties and one of its oldest. Steely, minerally, ageworthy. Aromas of white flowers, apricot, citrus, yellow apple and hay.
The grapes are destemmed and followed by a maceration with its skins for about 3 months in concrete tanks; the fermentation ends spontaneously in ash wood barrels and the refinement ends in a small marble barrel, where the wine stabilizes before bottling. The bottling takes place without any previous clarification or filtration.
