Crêve-coeur from the Domaine des Ronces is a 100% Savagnin single varietal aged for 6 months in amphorae Tava 750l. Savagnin, a typical Jura wine and grape variety, very particular due to its more pronounced and more intense aromas than Chardonnay. It is an aromatic wine which offers finesse and typicity: its aromas of hazelnut, almond and fresh bread are surprising. This Savagnin accompanies poultry, turkey, pork tenderloin and goat cheeses.
