Selection of 30 and 40 year old vines from 2 terroirs. Manual harvest, separate vinification for each terroir, in vats with native yeasts. Aging 14 months 50% in vats and 50% in demi-muids. Black fruits and small red fruits are dominant in this wine. An ample mouth and freshness provide a very good balance. The finish opens with spicy notes and an oaky touch. Pairs very well with beef, lamb, game (deer) and poultry.
