Natural, unflitered wine

L'antidote is a distinctive red wine made from 100% Carignan grapes. This vintage showcases the characteristics of the Carignan variety, known for its rich, spicy flavors and aromatic profile.
The 2023 vintage has a very natural and earthy taste - a favourite for natural wine lovers.

The grapes are sourced from a two-hectare parcel of old goblet vines located at an altitude of 343 meters, growing on clay-limestone soil.
This wine is produced using a natural winemaking process, which includes semi-carbonic maceration and the use of natural yeasts. Minimal sulfites are added, and the wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined, highlighting its authenticity and connection to the terroir.
With an alcohol content of 13%, L'antidote is recommended to be enjoyed slightly chilled at 12°C. It has aging potential from 2024 to 2028, allowing it to develop further complexity over time. The wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including black olive tapenade, Béarnaise stew, vegetable stir-fries, and tender cuts of veal.
