Wine full of character. In the scent apple, citrus, lychee and peach. The taste is dry with salty notes, lots of ripe fruit, such as peach and kiwi. A captivatingly elegant atypical Chardonnay. This wine is an ideal addition to a quiche, cheese soufflé, au gratin or grilled fish. They go perfectly with creamy fried snails, crayfish or a scallop. It also accompanies a thin slice of raw Jura ham.

Vin plein de caractère. Dans le parfum pomme, agrumes, litchi et pêche. Le goût est sec avec des notes salées, beaucoup de fruits mûrs, comme la pêche et le kiwi. Un Chardonnay atypique d'une élégance captivante. Il accompagnera une quiche, les poissons grillés et soufflés au fromage. Il pourra être servi sur une poêlée d'escargots ou d'écrevisses, les poissons en sauce ou encore les coquilles Saint Jacques.

JP Guyon baie par baie

Jean-Pierre Guyon uses "baie par baie technique" already since 2020. The result is called the pinot caviar: grapes destemmed by hand, berry by berry, with a pair of scissors - leaving the grapes intact with the pedicels in place.
