Natural Wine. White wine made from Carignan blanc, the oldest vines on the estate. After a long skin maceration (orange wine) and vinification in demi-muids (oak vats), it aged for 9 months. This wine was elaborated through natural fermentation. In the nose there's fennel and dried herbs. This is a full-bodied wine but refreshing by nice mineral notes. This original and surprising wine, with very expressive aromas, will accompany poultry or meaty fish.

Vin naturel. Vin blanc issu de carignan blanc, les plus vieilles vignes du domaine. Après une longue macération pelliculaire (vin orange) et une vinification en demi-muids, il a été élevé 9 mois. Vin élaboré par fermentation spontané. Au nez, il y a du fenouil et des herbes séchées. C'est un vin corsé mais rafraîchissant par de belles notes minérales. Ce vin original et étonnant, aux arômes très expressifs, accompagnera des volailles ou des poissons charnus.
