Luminosity is the refrain of this cuvée. The eye discovers a flamboyant ruby colour of amazing consistency. A springtime nose of freshly picked flowers, enhanced by the smell of raspberry or alpine strawberry as well as wooded vanilla notes. Dynamic in the mouth, as exuberant as it is ethereal. The tannins slip away across the length of the palate. The wine has a vibrant feel, with power and elegance side by side. For a marriage of flavours, bring this cuvee out to accompany a dish of roe-deer in red wine or veal marengo. Hide this in the back of the cellar for 5 to 6 year. Best to drink it over 20 years, or more, whatever the vintage.

Lumineuse serait la ritournelle de cette cuvée! Une robe éclatante et scintillante d’un rubis soutenu. Un nez printanier, aux fleurs fraîchement cueillies enrobées de senteurs de framboise, de fraise des bois ainsi que des notes boisées et vanillées. La bouche est dynamique et élancée, comme vaporeuse. Les tanins présents s’égrènent finement tout au long du palais. Un toucher vibrant où se côtoient puissance et élégance. Pour marier les saveurs, accompagnez cette cuvée d’un sauté de biche au vin rouge ou un veau marengo. Oubliez-le en cave 5-6 ans. Idéalement à déguster dans les 20 ans ou plus indépendamment des millésimes.
