A bold and rich wine from a clay-limestone hillside. A very beautiful aromatic palette with notes of yellow fruits. In the mouth, the substance is superb with a nice fullness. A beautiful minerality arrives on the finish and brings freshness and elegance. To be enjoyed with a red tuna tataki or with a Crottin de Chavignol.

Un vin gras et riche, provient d'un coteau argilo-calcaire. Une très belle palette aromatique sur des notes de fruits jaunes. En bouche, la matière est superbe avec une belle amplitude. Une belle minéralité arrive en finale et lui apporte fraîcheur et élégance. A déguster avec un tataki de thon rouge ou sur un Crottin de Chavignol.
