A new plot by Vincent Gaudry, located on a hill with a clay-limestone soil. This Sauvignon blanc produces a dry, fresh, young wine that feels somewhat round and fleshy. Citrus notes dominate and confirm both the grape and the terroir. The acidity is nicely balanced and provides a wine that you can enjoy with shellfish, grilled fish and poultry. Various goat cheeses will also complement this wine perfectly.

Une nouvelle parcelle de Vincent Gaudry, située sur une colline au sol argilo-calcaire. Ce Sauvignon blanc produit un vin jeune, sec, frais, quelque peu rond et charnu. Les notes d'agrumes dominent et confirment à la fois le raisin et le terroir. L'acidité est bien équilibrée et donne un vin que vous pourrez déguster avec des crustacés, des poissons grillés et des volailles. Différents fromages de chèvre complèteront également parfaitement ce vin.
