The wine is fermented naturally with spontaneous fermentation by wild yeasts. The minimalist approach ensures that the wine offers a pure expression of the Ansonica grape and the terroir.
This wine is aged in steel tanks, which preserves the fruitiness and freshness without the influence of wood. The maturation on the fine lees gives the wine extra texture and complexity.
