Este espumoso tiene varios puntos de interés. Está elaborado mediante el método ancestral y la variedad, aunque es minoritaria, tiene un gran potencial en la zona. Notas de fresas silvestres, hierbas y un fondo goloso. Burbuja delicada y fina, y con una acidez refrescante. Paso con cuerpo y buen final.
