Maceration on skins for approximately 10 days. Approximately 18 months in oak vats followed by ageing in bottle for 6 months
The Nebbiolo from Roero in its best expression, classic, elegant and fruity. It’s produced from the Santo Stefano Roero vineyard, that was inherited by Graziella’s father, Aldo.
Pale ruby color, with garnet hints at the nose it’s very intense, with floral and spicy notes, red fruits (such as raspberries and blackberries); in the mouth it’s elegant and fresh with a velvety tannin. Pairs well with first dishes as well as main courses. Very suitable when served by the glass. We like it with fried mushrooms.
