Hand-harvested in the morning, the berries were separated from the stems and gently crushed, with the must immediately removed from the skins. The must underwent spontaneous fermentation in metal vats, where it was aged for 7 months before bottling.
Anaïs is a dry rosé wine with a delicate, ripe strawberry aroma, complemented by fresh red berry and kiwi flavors and a well-balanced acidity. Slightly darker than the typical Bordeaux rosé, allowing for the extraction of more flavor.
Pairs well with salads and green vegetables but also with shellfish, fatty fish (salmon, tuna, etc.), lean fish and soft and mild cheese.
