Pale golden yellow color with green highlights. Complex and expressive nose of peach, apricot, lemon, with grilled notes. In the mouth roundness and finesse, minerality, long finish with aromas of the nose.
Recommended dishes fine-fleshed fish, pike, char, crayfish, foie gras, white meat.
Vinification: Fermentation in oak with indigenous yeast, sur lie aging for 12 months in oak. No use of finings or filters.
