The 2023 Jacobus Riesling Trocken from Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn is a biodynamic VDP Gutswein that exemplifies the Rheingau region's purity and finesse. Crafted with 100% Riesling grapes, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation and matures for ten months on the lees in both large oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, resulting in a wine that is both vibrant and expressive.

  • Aroma: The wine presents a fresh and inviting bouquet with notes of green apple, pear, quince, and white blossoms. Subtle hints of citrus herbs, verbena, and crushed stones add complexity.
