Vincent Gaudry introduced organic farming to his domain from 1993 and in 2002 obtained full "Agriculture Biologique" certification. He has subsequently completed the transition to fully biodynamic farming of the vines and is certified by Demeter. His production reflects his deep-seated feelings about the power of the earth and the expression of its terroir. Its soils are composed of limestone and marl; they cover 8 hectares, of which 90% is planted with Sauvignon Blanc and 10% with Pinot Noir. The climate is continental, with short hot summers and cold winters. His Sancerre wines are harmonious and have a great balance and mineral character.
