It has a place of choice with starters based on meat, liver, cold meats, poultry in sauce especially cooked in curry and exotic cuisine.
Lower Kimmeridgian Buzançais limestones and flint clay formation. Natural vinification, fermentation 100% with native yeasts. Aged for one year on the lees in stainless-steel tanks.
