Ruby red colour, bouquet of red fruits such as red currants and raspberries, great freshness and easy to drink.
Pairs well with beef, veal, poultry and lighter game as deer or venison. We like it with Ravioli del Plin with butter.
From our passion for this grape variety, Pinot Noir 777 was born as homage to the great French clone from which it takes its name, worldwide known for its characteristics of concentration and longevity. The vineyard, located just around the corner from the winery on San Michele hill, shows a soil rich in marls that underlines the typicality of Pinot Noir as well as making it a complex and structured wine.
