Wine Pairing Lamb
Pauillac from Bordeaux is often recommended with lamb, because the "agneau de Pauillac" is so famous. Bordeaux is certainly a good choice (also from other municipalities and regions), but there are also other options: Carignan Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Sangiovese or Malbec.
