A pale gold color with silver highlights. The first nose is floral and subtle, mixing notes of acacia and fir honey. The second nose opens with warmer aromas of sweet spices and fleshy pears. On a mineral frame, the flavors of pears in syrup and hazelnut intertwine, giving way to a mineral and warm finish. Food and wine pairings: with goat cheese, fish with champagne sauce or white meat with morel cream.
