Allowing wine-by-the-glass serving from any bottle irrespective of the type of cork or closure, the Pivot is the answer for wines that you might only need to preserve for two or three months. The cork or cap is replaced with a special stopper through which the Pivot probe is inserted. Using a single pour and press action, pouring is simple and quick, thanks to the design of the system which features a generously-sized two-way probe. The Pro Select Kit, which is available only to the restaurant and hotel trade, features a larger capsule cup and cylinder than the standard Pivot, and comes with a stand, six stoppers and twelve Pro capsules.
