Golden yellow color, limpid and brilliant. The nose lets out aromas of exotic fruits and fruit paste. Spicy, slightly roasted notes complement these fruity aromas. The aging in demi-muids allowed to refine the tasting of this Viré-Clessé Virolis and bring character. The discreet oaked notes leave a nice sweetness and fullness in the mouth, as well as an awakened and powerful finish.
The climate Virolis is a terroir located on the slopes of Viré. This terroir allows to have a mineral side. This wine was made in demi-muid (of French origins and of all ages).
You can enjoy this climate with spicy dishes, fish in sauce and cheeses with character.

The 2023 vintage shows a little more fruit with citrus, green apple and stone fruit. It has a little less minerality than previous years.
