The wine shows silex and white pepper and a little passion fruit. The wine reveals its mineral character on the palate, the typical fumé notes are extremely pronounced, you have a lot of fresh herbs and ripe fruit. The wine puts real pressure on the palate, fades very slowly and always reflects with a fine citrus note. A fully complete, barely tangible wine. You can serve this wine with shellfish or crustaceans, oysters, grilled chicken or trout, goat cheese, brie and camembert, zucchini, asparagus, avocado, cucumber and arugula.
