The cuvée with its pale pink color and subtle, cool aromas of cherries, wild berries and strawberries make it wonderfully elegant. Nicely chilled - maybe with an ice cube, our French neighbors show us how - the rosé is the right choice for summer dishes or on mild summer evenings when the grill is on and salmon or shrimp are roasted. In the past, the rosé was much loved as a harbinger of early summer, but is also an ideal soloist or menu companion in late summer. Just enjoy!
