Les Meuniers de Clémence is a cuvée dedicated to one of their daughters. it is a blanc de noirs born from pure Meunier harvested in 2015, fermented with indigenous yeasts (delicate practice) and low dose 3 g/l. Subsequently, this cuvée was aged for 6 months in vats.
As an aperitif, pair with fish and shellfish.
