The eloquence of Vosne-Romanée is expressed here. You will see a remarkable ruby-red glitter with red currant shadings. The nose brings out a real generosity, a dainty and juicy fruit dressed in wood aromatics of cedar and vanilla. Delicacy and roundness are mixed in the mouth. The body is silky. The wine stretches out graciously across the palate to a lengthy finish. Delicious with a chopped tartare de boeuf with French fries, white meats or fine cheeses suchas Brillat-Savarin. Do not put this on the table before its 5th birthday. Ideally it should be drunk between 10 and 15 years old, depending on the vintage.

C’est l’éloquence de Vosne-Romanée qui s’exprime ici. La vue est d’un remarquable éclat rubis aux nuances groseillées. Le nez extériorise une véritable gourmandise, un fruit friand et juteux enrobé de senteurs boisées comme le cèdre et la vanille. En bouche se mêlent délicatesse et rondeur. La mâche est soyeuse. Le vin s’étire gracieusement jusqu’en finale où il s’installe longuement. Un délice avec un tartare debœuf au couteau et ses pommes frites maison, des viandes blanches, ou des fromages fins type Brillat-Savarin. Patienter au moins 5 ans avant de le mettre sur table. Idéalement, à déguster dans les 10à15 ans selon les millésimes.

JP Guyon baie par baie

Jean-Pierre Guyon uses "baie par baie technique" already since 2020. The result is called the pinot caviar: grapes destemmed by hand, berry by berry, with a pair of scissors - leaving the grapes intact with the pedicels in place.
