A clear and elegant onset with a great tannic structure and a nice body giving this wine a great balance. Aromas of fruits and roasted spices. With an osso bucco or a navarin of lamb, all strong dishes will be a good companion of this wine

Un premier nez porté par les fruits noirs bien murs, riche et gourmand. Le second nez nous emporte sur des notes d’épices douces, légèrement réglissées. L’attaque est franche et élégante avec une structure tannique fondue et une belle ampleur. La trame aromatique est portée par le fruit, mûr et intense et les épices torréfiées. Avec un osso bucco ou un navarin d’agneau, tout plat relevé sera un bon compagnon de ce vin.
