A new cuvée Saint Jean 2019. A Gamay, harvested by hand and vinified without sulfites in a sandstone amphora. Very straight, precise, crunchy notes of peppery cherries, delicate. Comment from the winemaker Pierre-Antoine: "this little cuvée worried me a lot until bottling because I wanted it to be pure, clean, fruity but it was the first time that I had produced an organic cuvée without sulfur and this work without a safety net requires a lot of attention."

Une nouvelle cuvée Saint Jean 2019. Un Gamay, récolté à la main et vinifié sans soufre en amphore de grès. Très droit, précis, des notes croquantes de cerises poivrées, délicat. Commentaire du vigneron Pierre-Antoine: "cette petite cuvée m'a beaucoup inquiétée jusqu'à la mise en bouteille car je la voulais pure, net, fruité mais c'était la première fois que je réalisais une cuvée Bio sans soufre et se travail sans filet demande énormément d'attention."
