Exception is obtained by maceration of the grapes in the must (23 h) at the harvest. Nose expressing a ripe fruitiness underlined by liquorice notes. Fresh mouth, rich and expressive wine with aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant. Final combining roundness and delicacies.
