White wine
White wine is made from grapes without (or little) skin contact during fermentation. Both white and blue grapes can be used for this - it is the skin that contains the color pigments.
We can classify white wine as follows: sparkling wines, light white wines, full white wines and aromatic white wines (usually sweet).
