This Crémant, zero dosage and 100% Pinot Noir, is better than many champagnes. Slightly nutty on the nose, some citrus. Good minerality on the palate, the bubbles are elegant and long-lasting. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with oysters, lobster, turbot and fine fish dishes.
