In the nose you have citrus and iodine puffs as well as herbaceous hints, on the palate it is straight and immediate confirming the olfactory examination and adding that hint of yeasts as you go down in the bottle. Ideal for starters, snacks and aperitif.

Pinot Grigio is a white grape variety resulting from a genetic mutation of Pinot Noir and belongs to the group of the so-called international varieties. The Veneto region’s climate is ideal for Pinot Grigio. The cooler temperatures and well-drained soils contribute to the wine's crispness and vibrant flavors.
Maceration of 5 days on its skins and spontaneous fermentation with its indigenous yeasts in cement, without clarification or filtration. Tirage with only Sienese must (3%), native grape of this area, to arrive at the always spontaneous fermentation in the bottle with the rise in temperatures in spring. NO disgorgement is done, therefore the wine is naturally cloudy on the yeasts, which safeguard its longevity.
