This white wine comes from three plots: the first planted in the 1990s, the other two are the oldest plots of the estate, one of which was planted in 1935. Vinification with native yeasts. Floral and fresh nose. Good attack on the palate, round and fresh with citrus notes. This wine will be enjoyed with fresh goat's cheese, trout en papillotte, seafood platter and grilled scallops.

Ce vin blanc est issu de trois parcelles : une 1ère plantée dans les années 1990, les deux autres sont les parcelles les plus anciennes du domaine dont une plantée en 1935. Vinification en levures indigènes. Nez floral et frais. Bonne attaque en bouche, ronde et fraîche avec des notes d’agrumes. Ce vin sera apprecié avec fromage de chèvre frais, truite en papillotte, plateau de fruits de mer et les noix de Saint-Jacques grillées.
