Garnet color with purple reflections. Nose of garrigue and aromatic plants as rosemary and thyme. Lively, peppery palate with aromas of spices and small black fruits. The tight tannins give a remarkable density. Pairings: spicy and tasty dishes: tajine, peppercorn steak, couscous, duck breast with Espelette pepper, paella, lamb curry.

Robe grenat aux reflets violets. Nez de garrigue et de plantes aromatiques (romarin, thym). Bouche vive, poivrée avec des arômes d’épices et de petits fruits noirs. Les tanins serrés donnent une densité remarquable. Accords : plats épicés et relevés : tajine, steak au poivre, couscous, magret de canard au piment d’Espelette, paëlla, curry d’agneau.
