Pretty bright yellow color with green reflection, complex nose of Poire William, mango, lime blossom, honey. Floral, fleshy mouth. Complex nose of Poire William, honey, hawthorn, lime blossom. Enjoy with fatty fish, mild cheeses and poultry.
