The first nose reveals aromas of blackberries and black currant and drifts towards more spicy notes of black pepper. The attack is tart and frank. The mouth is round and fruity, with all the same a beautiful structure. A regressive treat that reminds us of wild strawberries and harlequin candy. The finish is slightly spicy, signature of Duras grape variety. A wine of thirst that is proposed on boards of cold cuts, tapas, or salads accompanied by grills. A companion of friends’ tables on a summer evening.

Le premier nez dévoile des arômes cassis et mûres, mêlés à des notes plus épicées de poivre noir. L’attaque est acidulée et franche. La bouche est ronde et fruitée avec une finale acidulée. Une gourmandise régressive qui nous rappelle les fraises des bois et le bonbon arlequin de notre enfance. La finale est légèrement épicée, signature du cépage Duras. Un vin de soif que l’on propose sur des planches de charcuteries, tapas, ou des salades accompagnées de grillades. Un compagnon des tablées de copains un soir d’été.

JP Guyon baie par baie

Jean-Pierre Guyon uses "baie par baie technique" already since 2020. The result is called the pinot caviar: grapes destemmed by hand, berry by berry, with a pair of scissors - leaving the grapes intact with the pedicels in place.
