Intense ruby red, with slightly spicy and vinous aromas of wild berries and cherries. Velvety, soft and full-bodied on the palate, with a typical almondy aftertaste. This is one of the Langa’s (Piemonte) historic wines, so it goes wonderfully with local dishes as well as tagliatelle with meat sauce, filled pastas, cold cuts, boiled meats, poultry and semi-hard cheeses.

Rouge rubis intense, avec des arômes légèrement épicés et vineux de baies sauvages et de cerises. Velouté, doux et corsé en bouche, avec un arrière-goût typique d'amande. C'est l'un des vins historiques de Langa (Piedmont), il se marie donc à merveille avec les plats locaux ainsi que les tagliatelles à la sauce à la viande, les pâtes farcies, la charcuterie, les viandes bouillies, les volailles et les fromages à pâte mi-dure.

JP Guyon baie par baie

Jean-Pierre Guyon uses "baie par baie technique" already since 2020. The result is called the pinot caviar: grapes destemmed by hand, berry by berry, with a pair of scissors - leaving the grapes intact with the pedicels in place.
